With 35 years of experience and more than 370 turnkey flour and semolina production facilities in over 70 countries, GMach Milling has added a new project to its ongoing operations in Kazakhstan. The company successfully commissioned a modern flour mill with a steel-structured design and a grinding capacity of 350 tons per day in the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan.

The new facility, established for Etalon LTD, is located in the heart of Kazakhstan's growing agricultural industrial zone. In a statement by GMach Milling, it was noted that the project was initiated in response to an investor request for a fully automated facility offering low maintenance costs and high efficiency. Genç Değirmen successfully delivered all structural and technological phases of the project.

Full Automation, Maximum Efficiency

The new plant is equipped with a full automation system, providing labor and cost savings throughout the production process. Cleaning begins with processes such as ear separation, sifter cleaning, stone separation, and light grain sorting. These steps prevent low-quality wheat from entering production and ensure optimal flour quality.

Light grains separated during the production process are transferred to the waste section, processed, and repurposed into by-products such as animal feed. Using triexta trieurs and intensive tempering machines, the products are classified by size and tempered accordingly.

One of the facility’s key features is its environmentally friendly design. High-efficiency electric motors were selected to reduce energy consumption and increase environmental awareness. Additionally, Quantumsifter sifters compliant with food safety standards are used to ensure top-level production security.

A Strong Presence in Kazakhstan

To date, GMach Milling has completed nearly 60 turnkey projects across Kazakhstan. The company has also established machinery and high-capacity silo systems in approximately 30 enterprises. With two local branches in the country, GMach Milling offers effective pre-sales and after-sales support to investors.

This new facility in Karaganda is part of a comprehensive complex that includes production areas, administrative spaces, and a parking lot. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the production line enables the manufacturing of flour in various types and specifications.
